Vine and Branches Conference: Where is God in the Midst of Suffering? Life is filled with difficulties and we sometimes wonder if God is present or hears us. This perplexing issue is addressed at this year's Vine and Branches Conference at St. Paul Lutheran Church, rural Lakefield (Rost Township) on Saturday, April 21 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Paul Soulek and Concordia Nebraska Seward singers will accompany the prayer services. Also, free babysitting will be provided. The cost is free and the meal is included if you register by April 15.
